Network Incident and Upcoming Infrastructure Improvements at InterWerk DC

    Dear Customers,

    We would like to inform our customers that earlier today, a temporary network degradation occurred due to a software bug on our core edge router at the Interwerk Data Center. The disruption lasted only a couple minutes and was promptly addressed by our network team.

    To enhance network stability and resilience, we are in the process of deploying new Juniper routers. A scheduled maintenance window for this infrastructure upgrade will be announced within the coming week.

    In light of recurring infrastructure-related issues at the Interwerk facility, we are expanding our presence to the nearby Interxion Data Center—a state-of-the-art Tier 4 facility located just a few kilometers away. Starting next month, new dedicated servers will be available from this location, offering increased performance and reliability for our customers.
